Spa Concierge - Spa Anjali

Spa Anjali at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a part-time Spa Concierge to help deliver exceptional, five-star experiences. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our award-winning spa, ensuring each guest’s visit is smooth, luxurious, and memorable, all while contributing to a vibrant, wellness-focused team culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the spa boutique and relaxation lounge, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage spa reservations and scheduling while providing outstanding guest service and promptly addressing or reporting service issues.
• Merchandise, restock, and actively upsell boutique products while meeting or exceeding retail goals.
• Process all transactions accurately and efficiently through the POS system and assist in other areas of the spa, including the Fitness Desk, as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Experience with POS systems, reservations and scheduling, retail sales and upselling, and strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to problem-solve independently and remain calm, professional, and welcoming in a fast-paced environment.
• Spa treatment and product knowledge is a plus.

Pay

$20 / hour

Schedule

• Part-time, year-round.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs, including opening and closing shifts.
