Spa Attendant

About the role

The Spa Attendant supports the guest experience from check-in to departure, maintaining a clean and organized spa environment, and promoting spa offerings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through the facility
• Keep lounge areas, locker areas, and restrooms clean and stocked with amenities
• Maintain spa lockers, robes, and slippers for guests
• Monitor and ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment
• Stock locker room supplies and maintain accurate inventory
• Promote spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail offerings
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests
• Work independently without constant supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods
• Participate in training and staff meetings
• Auxiliary support in all areas of spa operations as requested

Qualifications

• Spa/Salon experience a plus
• High School diploma and minimum 6 months guest service experience required
• Computer experience and understanding of basic office equipment
