Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with reception to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform cleaning and maintenance services of interior and exterior for entire facility
• Perform daily operations including opening and closing, facility inspections, and overseeing general facility maintenance
• Greet clients, inquire into their appointment status, and relay information to reception
• Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring that all supplies and equipment are available and laid out according to procedure
• Oversight the cleanliness and sanitization of the premises and ensure that any wasted material is properly disposed of
• Provide spa tours to new or prospective clients and make them aware of the services offered
• Replenish supplies required for massages and facials on a regular basis
• Cookordination efforts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies and equipment
• Distribute linen such as fresh sheets and towels in treatment rooms and assist in laundry duties such as washing and drying towels
• Sanitize bathrooms and wet areas as per the standards set by the spa management
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude
• Assist with answer phones and scheduling appointments
• Perform various other duties as assigned
