Spa Associate Sales Experience REQUIRED

Hand and Stone is seeking a reliable, positive, upbeat, enthusiastic, motivated and sales-driven Spa Associate who is also a team player. You are a critical link in ensuring that our clients' experience in our spa in bustling North Decatur is nothing other than outstanding!

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy, facial services, and other service offerings
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as light laundry, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, etc.

Requirements

• Must have direct sales experience
• Knowledge of Zenoti or other spa software (will train)
• Professional personal appearance, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease while focusing on members/guests
• Ability to meet monthly sales goals and sell Lifestyle Programs
