What You'll Do

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals
• Build strong relationships with members and guests
• Recommend memberships, services, upgrades, and promotions
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments and manage guest experiences from check-in to check-out
• Maintain spa cleanliness and professionalism
• Support the team in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
