Spa Associate Responsibilities

• Maintain membership sales goals
• Knowledge of the service menu
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients
• Execute daily operational tasks as assigned
• Promote store cleanliness
• Schedule appointments and balance the schedule
• Communicate schedule changes and operational needs to team members

Spa Associate Qualifications

• Flexible evening and weekend availability
• Experience in retail or membership sales (prior to preferred)
• Experience with Millennium software
• Critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fast learner with a positive attitude
• Computer proficiency (knowledge of appointment booking systems preferred)
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
