Spa Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Spa Associate for weekend shifts at our Crystal Lake, IL location. You will be a critical link in ensuring our customers have an outstanding spa experience. We provide comprehensive training in the spa industry—all we need is your excellent customer service skills and energetic personality.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals
• Develop detailed knowledge of the menu of services (training provided)
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships
• Work flexible hours as needed
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• 3–5 years of sales experience
• Exceptionally organized with great attention to detail
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
