The Woodhouse Spa-Indianapolis is part of a growing family of affordable luxury spas with multiple locations in Hamilton County and a new spa opening in downtown Indianapolis. Privately owned by an experienced husband-and-wife team, the spa employs over 150 team members and continues to expand. The Woodhouse offers more than 35 unique wellness and therapeutic services designed to help guests relax, unwind, and rejuvenate mind, body, and spirit. Responsibilities
- Supports the Spa Director in daily spa operations, including supervising front desk and service teams, managing scheduling, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming guest & team experience.
- Maintains high standards of service, addresses guest concerns, and promotes a positive, professional atmosphere.
- Monitors staff performance, assists with training and coaching, oversees inventory and product displays, and supports the implementation of promotions and spa programs.
- Collaborates on budget and revenue goals, ensures spa facilities are clean, safe, and aligned with brand standards.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of leadership experience in hospitality, luxury retail management or cosmetic leadership, with strong skills in Spa Management and Skin Care knowledge to support service excellence.
- Proven ability to deliver high levels of Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, including handling guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally.
- Extensive sales background in skincare preferred.
- Basic financial acumen, including familiarity with Budgeting, revenue goals, and cost control within a service-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative, guest-focused culture.
- Comfort with scheduling systems, point-of-sale software, and basic reporting; previous experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury service setting is preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to stand or walk for extended periods as required in a spa environment.

Schedule
Full-time, on-site role based in Zionsville, IN. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
