About The Role

This role places you at the center of Houston’s industrial real estate market, where you’ll build strong client relationships, negotiate meaningful deals, and help businesses find the spaces that support their growth. As a Senior Associate Broker, you’ll develop new business, guide clients through complex decisions, and represent them with the backing of a global industry leader. It’s a role for someone who wants to grow their career through hands-on dealmaking and market expertise. You will work hand in hand with two senior brokers, William Gold and Tom Lynch each with over 40 years of experience every day.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying prospects, strengthening existing relationships, and introducing clients to the full range of CBRE services.
  • Provide landlords and tenants with clear, timely insights into market conditions, property values, and leasing opportunities so they can make informed decisions.
  • Tour properties with prospective clients, helping them understand the features, advantages, and financial considerations of each space.
  • Compile and organize key property information — including tenant surveys, market summaries, and presentation materials — to support client pitches and assignments.
  • Prepare and analyze RFPs, evaluate market data, and develop reports that highlight trends, rental rates, and competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate essential transaction materials such as listing agreements, commission documents, leases, and sales contracts to ensure accuracy and smooth execution.
  • Draft offers, term sheets, and lease amendments, and collaborate with attorneys during contract preparation, negotiations, and due diligence.
  • Stay current on market trends, legislation, and property values to anticipate changes and provide clients with informed guidance.
  • Create professional correspondence and marketing materials that support business development and client communication.
  • Engage with the local business community, industry groups, and charitable organizations to expand your network and strengthen your presence in the market.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in company systems to support efficient operations and client service.
