Sow Farm Maintenance Technician - 1st shift

About the role
Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Sow Farm Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mark Center, Ohio.
$3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS (Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $1000 at thirty days, $1000 at sixty days and $1000 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)
Pay
Starting hourly rate: $20.00-$24.50 (based on experience) with a potential increase at 90 Days
Additional pay: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
Schedule
Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Responsibilities
- Performing preventative and corrective maintenance
- Assisting in eliminating potential safety hazards from the workplace
- Performing tasks related to electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have electrical, welding, and mechanical troubleshooting experience
