Responsibilities

• Set an example for your team and demonstrate Photogenic values.
• Fulfill the duties of Sales Associates/Photographers, including assisting in daily operations, supporting team members, and driving performance goals.
• Lead by example by following all policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager.
• Train on opening and closing duties at assigned venue (Leads may be asked to complete these duties on a temporary basis or for smaller shifts/locations within the venue as needed).
• Support leadership to maintain daily operations as scheduled.
• Report policy or procedure violations to the Manager on duty.
• Absorb all tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Skills

• Excellent guest service.
• Photography experience not required.
• Operate POS system and photography equipment.
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers.
