About the role
The Municipal Infrastructure Regional Manager leads and grows the Southern New England municipal engineering practice, overseeing project delivery, managing engineering teams, developing client relationships, and supporting business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
- Supervise engineers, designers, and technical staff.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and financial performance.
- Develop proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients and stakeholders.
- Support business development and identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee project quality and compliance with QA/QC standards.
- Mentor team members and support professional development initiatives.
- Aid municipalities with capital improvement planning and funding strategies.
Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure engineering.
- Strong background in water, wastewater, stormwater, and utility projects.
- Experience managing engineering teams and complex projects.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications

Pay
$145,521 - $199,686 (Depending on experience and qualifications) + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
