Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base within your region.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Preparing forecasts, reports, and profit analyses.
• Working on marketing, sales strategies, and other small company needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years selling electronic components.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on designs.
• Multi-country direct sales background.
• Willing to travel 30–40% (including overnights).
• Experience in medical, consumer, industrial, security, IoT, or agriculture markets.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Distribution or rep-firm experience is a big plus.
