Pay and Schedule

• Earn $17–$21 per hour, including tips.
• Closing shifts typically run from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Availability on both Friday and Saturday is required, along with dependable, year-round availability.

Own the Close

As a Closing Shift Lead, you'll be the person your team looks to for direction, encouragement, and answers. You'll:

• Lead and motivate the evening crew
• Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the shift on schedule
• Maintain excellent cookie quality and presentation
• Support baking, decorating, packaging, and guest service
• Handle customer concerns with confidence and professionalism
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and company standards
• Complete closing checklists, cash-handling duties, and shift documentation
• Coordinate cleaning, restocking, and preparation for the next morning
• Communicate important updates to store leadership
• Make sure the team finishes together—not just at the same time

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation home after closing.
• This is an active leadership role requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Candidates must be available to work closing shifts from approximately 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, including both Fridays and Saturdays.
