Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Food and Kitchen operations
- Maintain operating policies and staff schedules
- Establish and monitor food cost, labor costs, budgets, and forecasts
- Auxiliary in administrative duties
- Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling of culinary employees
- Manage new menu implementation including seasonal and specialty entrees
- Oversee food and paper goods ordering and purchasing

Education/Working Knowledge/Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in high volume food and beverage operations
- Extensive culinary background, people skills and administrative skills
- Thorough understanding of profit and loss management
- Previous hands-on experience in presenting culinary training and development of new programs
