Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Food and Kitchen operations
  • Maintain operating policies and staff schedules
  • Establish and monitor food cost, labor costs, budgets, and forecasts
  • Auxiliary in administrative duties
  • Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling of culinary employees
  • Manage new menu implementation including seasonal and specialty entrees
  • Oversee food and paper goods ordering and purchasing

Education/Working Knowledge/Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in high volume food and beverage operations
  • Extensive culinary background, people skills and administrative skills
  • Thorough understanding of profit and loss management
  • Previous hands-on experience in presenting culinary training and development of new programs
