About the role
The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in the kitchen, under the direction of the Restaurant Chef, overseeing daily operations to ensure a positive guest experience and high-quality menu offerings. This position also assumes responsibilities typically handled by the Restaurant Chef in their absence.
Responsibilities

- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
- Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation
- Show a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations
Qualifications
- Requires formal training and accreditation from an accredited culinary institute with one or two years food production experience
- Must be able to perform simple numerical calculations
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment for extended periods of time
- Must be able to consistently lift fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend and kneel
