Responsibilities
- Drive the success of the kitchen while ensuring outstanding guest experience
- Mentor, inspire, and motivate culinary team members to achieve their full potential
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- 2+ years of culinary leadership experience in a high volume fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide kitchen partners towards exceptional performance and skill development
- Passion for food and a deep understanding of kitchen management practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
