Responsibilities

• Drive the success of the kitchen while ensuring outstanding guest experience
• Mentor, inspire, and motivate culinary team members to achieve their full potential
• Uphold the highest standards of food quality and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• 2+ years of culinary leadership experience in a high volume fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
• Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide kitchen partners towards exceptional performance and skill development
• Passion for food and a deep understanding of kitchen management practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
