Sous Chef

About the role

The Yard House needs a Sous Chef to lead the charge in delivering high quality, great tasting food to guests while creating a workplace where team members are excited to work.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant - Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food - Create an engaging work environment for team members

Requirements

- Current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant - Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service - Proven ability to lead and develop teams - Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes contributing to great execution - Stable job history demonstrating upward career and salary progression

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent
