Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations
- Assist with daily kitchen operations and service execution
- Lead line during service while maintaining ticket times and food quality
- Ensure all food is prepared and plated consistently to recipe standards
- Support prep production and station organization
- Help maintain smooth communication between front and back of house
- Aid in opening and closing kitchen duties
- Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs
- Ensure proper food rotation, labeling, and storage procedures
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous kitchen leadership experience required
- Experience in high-volume restaurant environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead calmly and effectively under pressure
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize during busy service periods
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
