Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in maintaining and improving the quality of the food and service
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to achieve high standards

- Manage high-volume service in a busy kitchen environment
- Ensure the kitchen continues to thrive during both quieter services and peak periods
Requirements
- Experience working with fresh food and seasonal menus
- Comfortable managing high-volume service in a busy kitchen environment
- Experience leading and supporting a kitchen team
- Takes pride in food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Ready to support the Head Chef in growing and developing the business
