Job Summary
Support the preparation and execution of daily menu items
Assist with menu planning and development
Help coordinate kitchen production and daily prep activities
Partner with the culinary team to launch new menus and programs
Support inventory management, ordering, and cost controls
Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and presentation
Provide guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to kitchen team members
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented kitchen environment
Assist with additional responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of culinary experience or relevant kitchen training
- Some experience supporting or guiding team members (formal management experience not required)
- Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Interest in menu development and food trends
- Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation, and cost controls
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or similar food service environments
- ServSafe or Department of Health Certification
- Culinary degree or equivalent training
- Familiarity with basic computer tools (e.g., Excel, inventory systems)
