Responsibilities
- Strategically recruit and develop high-performing culinary partners and future leaders, building a robust internal talent pipeline.
- Maintain active oversight of Back-of-House operations, managing key operational metrics to ensure financial accountability.
- Drive service excellence and profitability by implementing strategic action plans, ensuring consistent quality control and flawless execution.
- Execute personalized development plans and coaching sessions, actively mentoring team members to accelerate growth and leadership competencies.
Requirements
- Required experience in a Sous Chef or comparable culinary role within the hospitality/restaurant industry.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills focused on actively developing culinary partners.
- A commitment to fostering a supportive, engaging, and performance-driven kitchen culture for all team members.
- A drive for continuous professional growth, actively seeking and applying feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
- Demonstrated ability to drive seamless service execution by maintaining strong cross-functional alignment and clear communication between the Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) teams.
- The ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
