Executive Sous Chef
Location: Wading River, NY
Compensation: From $1,500 per week
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Aid in menu development and execution of weekly and specialty events (e.g., wine dinners, holiday menus)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Supervise and mentor line cooks and kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen environment
- Culinary training or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Creative approach to menu planning and plating
- Ability to commute or relocate to Wading River, NY prior to starting
