About the role
Boulder Country Club is hiring a Sous Chef to join their dynamic culinary team in the newly remodeled Clubhouse. The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Organize, delegate, and execute events with the team
- Work closely with the team and assist in mentoring and developing skills
- Meet regularly with the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine to stay updated on operations
- Ensure food quality and meet Club standards in a high-volume environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of Back of House management experience
- High-volume Ala Cart experience required
- A positive attitude
- Average of an Associate degree in Culinary Arts
- ServSafe certification preferred

Pay & Schedule
