About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to achieve revenue goals and manage operations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and optimize operations
- Manage a team of accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
- Experience in financial analysis and budgeting
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements
