What You'll Do
- Help lead daily kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant
- Run expo and support the line during service
- Maintain quality, presentation, timing, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Assist with ordering, inventory, prep planning, and kitchen organization
- Help with scheduling and team communication
- Contribute ideas for specials, menu updates, and new food items
- Coach and support kitchen staff while holding standards high
- Communicate clearly with the Executive Chef, FOH managers, and ownership
What We're Looking For
- Previous sous chef, kitchen lead, or kitchen management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional, respectful leadership style
- Good organization and follow-through
- Interest in food, specials, and menu development
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
