Key Responsibilities
- Kitchen Leadership: Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional food quality across all outlets.
- Team Development: Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Culinary Excellence: Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, taste, and portioning while maintaining the highest culinary standards.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
- Collaborative Approach: Partner with Food & Beverage leaders and other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences for dining events, banquets, and daily service.
- Menu Creativity: Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop seasonal features, daily specials, and innovative menu offerings.
