The Sourcing Strategist is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality talent to support the organization’s hiring needs. This role partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, leverage multiple channels, and deliver qualified candidates across various functions. The Sourcing Strategist plays a critical role in improving time-to-fill, enhancing candidate quality, and strengthening the employer brand through effective outreach and relationship-building.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify active and passive candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards or relevant channels.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles for openings.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive outreach and initial candidate screening.
- Utilize ATS and sourcing tools for candidate activity tracking to maintain accurate data and reporting.
- Monitor sourcing performance metrics and market trends to continuously refine effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives and deliver a strong, positive candidate experience through engagement, communication, and relationship-building.
- Conduct targeted outreach for hard-to-fill and high-priority healthcare roles by leveraging specialty job boards, professional associations, and referral networks.
- Support recruiter and hiring team success by providing competitive intelligence on candidate availability and market dynamics.
- Represent the organization at hiring events, educational partnerships, and community-based recruiting activities to expand pipelines in key markets.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree required, bachelor's preferred, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience.
- Strong command of Boolean search, with the ability to build, test, and adapt search strategies across LinkedIn, niche sites, CRMs, and public data sources to identify hard-to-find and passive talent.
- Comfortable engaging potential candidates through direct outreach and in-person recruiting activities, including hiring events, career fairs, and industry-specific gatherings.
