Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or a related field
• Experience supporting healthcare recruitment efforts, including sourcing clinical or non-clinical healthcare professionals
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search techniques, social media recruiting, and passive candidate engagement
• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, social media tools, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
