Sourcing Manager - electrical

About the role

We are a DFW‑based electrical services firm that is rapidly expanding its procurement and sourcing organization. We are seeking a manager to own our strategic sourcing initiatives, focusing on direct sourcing within the electrical services/products space. The role is onsite at the company’s headquarters in the DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategic sourcing initiatives for direct sourcing.
• Collaborate with all aspects of the organization to support growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing experience, preferably in electrical services or products.
• Experience with direct sourcing (not indirect).
• Willingness to work onsite at the DFW headquarters.

Interview Process

The interview process consists of three steps and is typically completed within two weeks or less.

Pay

Salary range: $110,000 – $140,000 per year.
