About the role

Notion is growing quickly, and our Corporate Services needs are becoming more complex. We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager, Corporate Services to own strategic sourcing and supplier management across critical areas of our company.

We’re opening this role to bring strategic sourcing support earlier into the decision-making process, helping leaders clarify the right approach, surface trade-offs, and move faster with confidence as Notion scales.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver measurable savings and cost avoidance across Corporate Services spend, helping fund new initiatives while protecting service quality.
  • Build strategic procurement plans with business partners, starting with HR and Facilities/Real Estate, translating business needs into clear sourcing strategies and negotiation plans.
  • Operate as an extension of stakeholder teams—surfacing trade-offs early, aligning on decisions, and driving clean execution without last-minute fire drills.
  • Partner closely with Legal and Finance to structure deals the business can live with: clear commercial terms, understood budget impacts, and risk-aware contracting.
  • Reduce risk across our vendor portfolio by strengthening contract coverage, supplier governance, and performance management routines.

Requirements

You'll be a close partner to our HR and Facilities/Real Estate teams in particular, building sourcing plans that translate business needs into the right supplier strategy, sourcing motion, and negotiation posture.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or a related field, including 3+ years owning Corporate Services categories such as Facilities/Real Estate, HR Services, Travel, Marketing Services, or Contingent Workforce.
  • Experience independently leading complex sourcing events end to end, including RFx, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Strong business judgment and analytical rigor, including spend analysis, benchmarking, building business cases, and measuring savings/cost avoidance.
  • A deep understanding of source to contract and procure to pay practices, with the ability to guide teams through intake, approvals, vendor onboarding, POs, and contract handoffs without slowing the business down.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership with teams such as Legal, Finance, InfoSec, Privacy, IT, and Compliance, including command of key commercial and legal terms and a track record of reducing risk while delivering value.
