Sourcing Analyst

About the role

Join our dynamic team in Reynoldsburg as a Sourcing Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in supporting our beauty category for the Victoria’s Secret business. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global network of vendors and contribute to a high-impact department.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs - Issue, approve, and follow-up
• Process Tooling Authorization Forms (TAF)
• Update sourcing trackers and costing on purchase orders
• Support PCOG creation by pulling cost from the system
• Provide support for cross-functional meetings
• Prepare work for cost rolls and approve to buys (ATB)
• Check workflows for components
• Issue tickets to tech support as needed
• Formulate cost sheets
• Support beauty change management
• Conduct weekly touch bases with Andrew

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skillset and experience in personal care or manufacturing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve results
• Moderate to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience in Supply Chain Management, Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Beauty Manufacturing is a plus
• Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
• Experience with SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, or other ERP systems is beneficial
