Source-to-pay Technology Consultant (Coupa, ZIP, GEP)_Manager
The opportunity to play a pivotal role in optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and strengthen supply chain resilience. Work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and develop strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Focus on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions within our Operations practice. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality, leveraging team members' strengths and managing performance to meet client expectations. Identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success while leading with integrity and authenticity. Embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same. Take ownership of projects, ensuring successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion, while addressing conflicts and upholding professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and procurement initiatives to optimize processes and drive cost savings
- Analyze client needs and develop operational strategies to enhance productivity and business performance
- Implement strategic sourcing frameworks and digital procurement solutions to improve efficiency
- Manage supplier relationships and foster collaboration to strengthen supply chain resilience
- Utilize Coupa, ZIP, and GEP software to streamline procurement processes and enhance supplier management
- Oversee contract management and negotiation to achieve favorable terms and compliance
- Guide teams in planning, budgeting, and executing procurement projects to meet client expectations
- Encourage team development through coaching and leveraging individual strengths
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within procurement operations
- Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to enhance procurement strategies
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience
Qualifications
Preference for candidates with a degree in one of the following fields:

Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
