Source Strategy Analyst (Discovery and Collections Specialist Mid-level) - NGA - WASH

About the role

We are looking for a Mid-level TS/SCI-cleared Source Strategy Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, or draft workstreams, SOPs, or best practices in writing
• Build and retain internal relationships and collaborate with external partners
• Work independently and as part of a team to manage competing demands and changing priorities
• Perform GEOINT collection
• Develop educational materials and performance support solutions (job aids, videos, documents, etc.) for a variety of customers and stakeholders
• Implement training and tradecraft according to guidelines
• Manage and maintain GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F)
• Manage and maintain GEOINT Professional Certification - Collections (GPC-C)

Requirements

• Five (5) years’ experience with GEOINT collection management, reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, its focus areas, and its collection management structures
• Expertise with Microsoft Office tool suite, Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, and or similar tools
• Knowledge of the GEOINT TCPED process
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

Qualifications

• Experience performing GEOINT collection
• Knowledge of training and tradecraft implementation use and guidelines

• GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F)
• GEOINT Professional Certification - Collections (GPC-C)

Pay

$124,500+ based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
