About the role

SEAVIEW PROGRESS is a company specializing in the manufacture of technical products for the boating sector. As part of its development, we are looking for a High Frequency Welder - Upholsterer to strengthen our workshop teams.

Responsibilities

Within a textile production workshop (industrial sewing type), you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out high-frequency welding operations on polyurethane materials
• Manufacturing technical shapes for the creation of pockets (air chambers)
• Carrying out rigging and sailing work
• Checking the quality of finished products
• Contributing to the improvement of manufacturing processes
• Being required to work on various production stations as needed

No specific experience in HF welding is required: training will be provided.

Training and development

• Training provided through a POEI scheme (Individual Employment Preparation Operation)
• Support in skills development, including occasional travel
• Possibilities of advancement to other technical production positions

Pay and schedule

• Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI) following the training period
• Working hours: 35 hours per week
• Salary: Minimum wage (SMIC), evolving according to skills
• Environment: textile production workshop – boating sector
