Sorter

About the role

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Sorter is a key role in verifying and ensuring packaged orders are palletized to the assigned pick-up carriers. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client.

Responsibilities

• Sort orders on different pallets depending on the carrier and the route.
• Keep products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
• Monitor product quality frequently, reporting problems to supervisor.
• Follow proper Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on all pallets or box orders.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Other job functions or cross-training may apply.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using RF technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
• Flexible schedule a must.
• Positive approach to assigned tasks and a team player.
• Follows written and verbal instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish).

Pay

$17.94 per hour + $1.50 shift differential for hours worked.

Schedule

AWW (Alternating Work Week) Friday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–9:30 PM (3 × 12-hour shifts).
