Sonography Intern - PRN

About the role

The Sonography Intern will assist experienced radiologists and ultrasound technologists in daily ultrasound procedures, gaining hands‑on training in diagnostic imaging techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for ultrasound examinations.
• Operate ultrasound equipment under supervision.
• Ensure workflow efficiency in the ultrasound department.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a certified ultrasound training program or school of sonography.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of ultrasound principles and diagnostic techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
