Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist)

About the role

Join Life Line Screening as an Ultrasound Technologist to help increase patient understanding of personal health risks and empower informed decisions for longer, fuller lives. You will work with state‑of‑the‑art GE ultrasound devices, perform carotid artery and abdominal aortic aneurysm screenings, and support community‑based screening events.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform Carotid Artery screening, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) screening, and other screenings as needed.
• Handle customer‑facing duties in accordance with company protocols.
• Collaborate with team members, sharing responsibilities for driving the company van, loading, and unloading equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment while fostering a positive atmosphere for teammates and customers.

Requirements

• Completion of an Ultrasound program with vascular or general education and competency (new graduates welcome).
• Understanding that schedules are not typical office hours; meeting and end times vary based on travel distance and customer schedule.
• Flexibility to adapt to schedule needs.
• Excellent customer service skills with ability to educate participants on products and services.
• Passion to create and maintain a positive team and customer environment.
• Valid driver’s license and clear MVR (driving responsibilities of company van are shared).

Pay

• $500 bonus after 3 months of service.
• $500 bonus after 6 months of service.
• $1,000 bonus after 12 months of service.
• Monthly Team Incentive Pay.
• Opportunity for overtime.

Schedule

• No work on holidays or Sundays.
• No on‑call or third‑shift requirements.
• Schedule varies daily based on travel distance to community destinations and customer appointments.
• Overtime available.
