About the role
We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) to perform ultrasound imaging for diagnostic and treatment purposes across adult and pediatric patients. The role may involve on-call duties, portable exams, and working at various sites.
Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment readiness for ultrasound procedures
- Conduct ultrasound examinations independently
- Document procedures accurately
- Perform vascular imaging
- Assist with needle procedures such as biopsies
Requirements
- Associate degree or trade school equivalency
- RDMS certification (required)
- Licensure in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
- RDCS certification (a plus)
- Preferably less than 2 years of experience
Skills
- Proficiency in operating ultrasound equipment
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools
