Sonographer (Part-Time)

About the role

Seeking a Sonographer to perform ultrasound imaging for diagnosis and treatment, including abdominal, obstetric, small parts, and vascular studies. The role involves ensuring equipment functionality, conducting independent imaging procedures, and assisting with needle-guided interventions. The position requires maintaining proper documentation and may include on-call, portable, or off-site exams. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning of ultrasound equipment
• Perform imaging procedures accurately and document results
• Perform studies on-call, at different sites, and for portable exams

Qualifications

• Associate or Trade School education
• RDMS or equivalent certification
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience
• RDCS or similar certification
• CPR certification

Skills

• Ability to perform ultrasound studies independently
