About the role

The client is seeking a Sonographer for a contract position at a well-respected hospital system. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive, and professional environment and work in a fast-paced setting. The position is available for full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound technology
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate findings
• Maintain equipment and ensure its proper functioning

Requirements

• Experience: 2 years as a Sonographer in Diagnostic settings
• Licenses: SONO-KY Certification
• Certifications: S-ARRT; BLS-AHA
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Sonographer from an accredited program
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills
