Responsibilities

  • Responsible for department facility, equipment and continuous quality improvement.
  • Supervise daily operations of the Echocardiography program including clinical care schedule, flow and processes.
  • Collaborate with staff and physicians to improve Echo processes and to resolve issues as they arise.
  • Monitor daily work volume and adjust assignments accordingly.
  • Develop staffing recommendations/justifications to modify scheduling guidelines, practices, and models.
  • Lead the Echo Quality Assurance program in collaboration with the Technical and Medical Director and assist in ICAEL reaccreditation.
  • Maintain everyday readiness compliance with all regulatory agencies regarding patient care, safety, confidentiality, DOH & TJC requirements, etc.
  • Checks email daily to ensure open communication with other CCP staff.
  • Always respects patients' right to privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • RDMS
  • ARDMS
  • BLS
  • Must have at least 5+ years of experience
  • Must have the ability to multitask
  • Computer knowledge is a must
  • Experience with an EMR system is a plus

Pay

The position is entitled to a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

The position requires traveling.
