Responsibilities
- Responsible for department facility, equipment and continuous quality improvement.
- Supervise daily operations of the Echocardiography program including clinical care schedule, flow and processes.
- Collaborate with staff and physicians to improve Echo processes and to resolve issues as they arise.
- Monitor daily work volume and adjust assignments accordingly.
- Develop staffing recommendations/justifications to modify scheduling guidelines, practices, and models.
- Lead the Echo Quality Assurance program in collaboration with the Technical and Medical Director and assist in ICAEL reaccreditation.
- Maintain everyday readiness compliance with all regulatory agencies regarding patient care, safety, confidentiality, DOH & TJC requirements, etc.
- Checks email daily to ensure open communication with other CCP staff.
- Always respects patients' right to privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- RDMS
- ARDMS
- BLS
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Computer knowledge is a must
- Experience with an EMR system is a plus

Pay
The position is entitled to a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus.
