About the Role

We’re searching for a Full Serve Restaurant Manager who thrives in the fast pace of restaurant life, inspires their team to deliver excellence, and keeps guests coming back for more. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow, lead, and take on new challenges in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Report to Directors and upper store management regularly regarding store performance.
• Work with both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) team members to ensure all shifts run smoothly and guest needs are met above expectations.
• Ensure proper staffing levels are met daily while following budget guidelines.
• Communicate, uphold, and practice iServ’s Mission and Values with all team members, ensuring policies and procedures are followed in all situations.
• Prepare monthly financial objectives by analyzing forecasts, trends, and variances.
• Hire, train, and develop all hourly team members, ensuring they feel appreciated and comfortable in their roles.
• Uphold specs and company standards for all outgoing dishes and drinks.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including seasonal changes.
• Maintain all required licenses, posters, documentation, and safety equipment.
• Keep work areas safe and organized.
• Perform bi-weekly inventory and communicate with vendors for food orders.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of proven full-serve restaurant management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a driver insurability check; reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and cover manager shifts on busy days or special events.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong ability to train, coach, mentor, and communicate changes or new objectives to both management and hourly team members.
• Strong understanding of full-serve restaurant operations and financial management.

Work Environment

• Fast-casual dining restaurant environment.
• Managers are involved in all areas of the restaurant and should be comfortable working in both FOH and BOH.
• Prolonged periods of standing, handling products, tools, paperwork, and equipment.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, wet/humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, cold, and smoke from a wood-burning cooker.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with assistance.

Schedule

Hours of operation: Sunday-Thursday 11AM-9PM / Friday-Saturday 11AM-9:30PM. Flexible scheduling required, including coverage for busy days and special events.
