About the role

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a 12‑month dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and help establish your career. You will gain hands‑on experience in every aspect of the business through on‑the‑job training, e‑learning, subject‑matter expert sessions, and residency trips. The program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, e‑commerce, and the Sonepar USA and Operating Companies’ business philosophy. At the conclusion, you will have the opportunity to present to the Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives. The program begins in June 2027 and offers the ability to grow your career within the organization, participate in special assignments, and gain business acumen through mentor programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Enthusiastic/self‑starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management, and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Flexible and adaptable team player
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• Successful completion of pre‑employment requirements (background check, drug screening, credit check, motor vehicle record review) as permitted by law

Pay

This is an exempt position (not subject to overtime) with an annual salary of $80,168.40.
