About the role

SOLV Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the development and execution of utility-scale solar projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the solar industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and project success
• Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
• Ensure project safety and adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience with utility-scale solar projects
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel required.
