About the role

The Lead Implementation Consultant is a strategic role responsible for ensuring the technical success and operational efficiency of implementation teams. They manage a portfolio of Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) deployments, providing mentorship, technical escalation support, and quality assurance. The role serves as a technical leader, acting as the first point of escalation for configuration and data migration issues, while managing a portion of standard to mid-complexity implementations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Go-Live Readiness reviews
• Lead technical onboarding and training
• Maintain deployment standards for Time-to-Value (TTV) and Feature Adoption

Requirements

• 6+ years in software implementation or technical consulting
• At least 2 years in ERP or accounting environments
• Deep knowledge of multi-entity accounting and consolidated reporting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Advanced product certifications
