Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers (Product Experts), fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity
- Set performance expectations, establish best practices, and guide the team in delivering scalable solutions
- Build cross-functional alignment by championing the role of Solutions Engineering across Sales, Support, AI Operations, and Product
- Partner cross-functionally to oversee the launch of new products, ensuring smooth rollouts across internal teams and clients
- Ensure operational readiness for product launches by coordinating across Support, Operations, and Product Management
- Build strong partnerships with Product and Engineering, ensuring alignment between client needs, product enhancements, and business strategy
- Own the customer feedback loop at scale, acting as Voice of the Customer, influencing product strategy and roadmap discussions with Product and Engineering leaders
- Drive accountability for turning client feedback into actionable improvements that strengthen both client outcomes and product competitiveness
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, technical account management, or a related post-sales role, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven track record of program management and driving cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-friendly language
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams, ideally with exposure to product management
- A customer-first mindset, with the ability to balance strategic insight and tactical execution
- Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
