Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Teams and prospects to evaluate and adopt the company’s solutions
- Identify customer goals and align the company’s offerings accordingly
- Assist in the sales process through demo presentations and Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations
- Utilize the company’s ecosystem tools to confirm technical and functional compatibility
- Advocate for customer needs and relay feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Continuously learn industry trends to contribute to thought leadership on Search and Discovery
- Ensure smooth transitions to post-sales processes with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role like Solutions Engineer or Product Manager, preferably in SaaS
- Experience with software development using technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, React for front end or Java, Ruby, Go for back end
- Familiarity with data formats and transformation processes
- Strong oral and written communication skills that facilitate relationship building
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients with shifting priorities
- A passion for solving customer problems and enhancing their experience
