Solutions Engineer
About the role
The role involves providing business and technical support to customers, working with Brinks teams (Sales, Customer Care and Cross Functional teams), and managing the project management and implementation of software and hardware solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide business and technical support to our Customers and team up with Brinks teams (Sales, Customer Care and Cross Functional teams).
- Lead in the project management and implementation of software and hardware solutions (Pre & Post Sales activities).
- Work with Customers to understand their needs and then deliver solutions.
- Create documentation, ROI and Observation analysis, SOW and intricacies of the customer.
- Create and provide training and support documents both internally and externally at customer sites.
- Perform software and Hardware troubleshooting and resolution reporting to stakeholders.
- Work with internal Cross Functional teams on testing, installation, enhancements and operational readiness for these solutions.
- Travel required

- Knowledge of BI products (Desktop and Platform) and the integrations and data flows.
- Strong Project Management techniques and delivering solutions on time with high quality.
- Strong Presentation and communication skills and the drive to please the customer.
- Ability to be technical and business savvy.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with critical thinking and problem solving.
- Demonstrate Organizational & Decision-Making Skills.
Qualifications
- Presentation and soft skills a must.
Benefits
Brink's offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 annually.
Pay
Pay Range (Minimum to mid pay range specific to NY, CA, CO, WA, MD): 75,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD Annual Brinks Texas License #C00550
