Solutions Engineer (AI Services)

About the role

This position leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical discovery process for custom AI safety and development engagements
• Collaborate with leadership to navigate sales cycles and secure technical wins
• Translate client requirements into actionable Statements of Work with internal teams
• Consult on advanced LLM workflows and training methodologies
• Architect model configurations that optimize performance, safety, and cost
• Design adversarial testing strategies to identify and remedy risks in AI

Requirements

• 4–7 years in Data Science or Machine Learning with a focus on Large Language Models
• Experience in large-scale technical sales to global enterprises, including knowledge of security and procurement
• Strong interest or expertise in AI Alignment and Safety
• Capability to customize service offerings based on client-specific data and safety requirements
• Proficient in linking technical teams with non-technical business stakeholders
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple complex projects concurrently

Pay

$97,000 – $145,000 annually
